Paul Regen


Paul began his career in Electrical Engineering in 1985 with Plantronics, the world leader in telephone accessory equipment. As a Senior Engineer, he led multiple engineering teams for eight years, developing new technologies and obtaining new patents for the Company. One of his many accomplishments while at Plantronics was the development of the world’s most successful professional grade headset. In 1992, he used the consumer product development experience he gained at Plantronics to launch his first startup company, Concepts to Products (CTP). CTP was a Silicon Valley based product engineering company which Paul successfully ran for nine years, providing design services for companies such as Plantronics, Hello Direct, H-Square, Motorola, Telergy, GDI Design, ProTech Communications, Light Surf and others.With his years of consumer electronics engineering and product development experience, Paul cofounded Ennova Direct, Inc in 2003. Later that year, Paul helped to create Auravision Inc, Ennova’s first Affiliate Company. Paul served on the Board of Directors for Auravision and held the VP of Engineering position until 2004. While in this position, he engineered the Eluminx®, the world’s first backlit computer keyboard.

In addition to his leadership as President, Paul’s years of experience with inventing and patenting new technologies has led to many new consumer electronics patents for Ennova, fostering the growth of the Company’s Intellectual Property Portfolio.

Paul graduated from Cal Polytechnic and received his B.S.E.E. in 1985.


Executive Vice President
Peter Garrett


Peter is an Entrepreneur with more than ten years of experience in consumer product development and marketing. From 1998-2000, Peter was the CEO of Talon Enterprises, a product acquisition and development company for the Direct Response Television Industry.

In 2003, Peter cofounded Ennova Direct, Inc. That same year, he assisted Ennova in forming its first Affiliate Company, Auravision, Inc. From 2003-2004 Peter served as VP of Marketing for Auravision. Peter also held a seat on Auravision’s Board of Directors from 2003 until 2005. In his first year as VP of Marketing, he successfully launched the world’s first backlit illuminated computer keyboard, under Auravision’s EluminX® brand. He also helped Auravision establish a Master License Agreement for the World Champion PC Gamer, Fatal1ty®. The Fatal1ty® brand of Video Gaming Products has since become h ighly recognized in the international Video Gaming Market. In 2005 Peter resigned as the VP of Marketing for Auravision in order to focus on building the next successful Ennova consumer electronics brand, ION Technologies®

With his years of experience in consumer product development, branding, and marketing, Peter has contributed many new product and brand innovations to the Company; he holds multiple Patents and is constantly developing new Intellectual Property for Ennova.



VP Financing
Martin Allen Fox


Marty’s background in management began in the U.S. Air Force. After his service ended, Marty entered the private sector applying the management skills he acquired in the Air Force to Business.From 1970 to 1996, Marty held several executive level positions. His roles have included CFO for Environmental Quality Magazine, Marketing Coordinator for Ritter-Geller Communications in Santa Monica, CA, and VP/General Manager for Specialized Mailing Services, Inc. in Santa Clara, CA where he oversaw the production, distribution and fulfillment of high-quality marketing materials to large companies such as Intel, Syntex, Motorola and more.In 1998 Marty formed Pacific Rim Media, a Company focused on fostering new business opportunities between U.S. and Asian companies looking to expand their markets. In 2003 he joined Ennova Direct to manage the Company’s finances; his years of management experience are invaluable and have greatly influenced the Company’s direction.





Creative Director
Erik Gundersen


Erik is Graphic Designers with over 10 years of design experience. Prior to becoming Ennova Direct’s Creative Director, Erick held several design positions with major firms, starting in 1999 with Tesana, in Madrid, Spain. While at Tesana, his clients included Repsol Petroleum, and other major European companies.

In 2000 he returned to the U.S. to take a design position with E&I Design in Santa Clara, California. At E&I, his clients included Cisco Systems, E-Bills, I Planet, Netgear, Actel Corporation, Discovery Channel, and Microsoft.

In 2002, with the graphic design experience he gained at Tesana and E&I, Erik founded E-Design, in Santa Cruz, California. While running E-Design, Erik’s clients included companies such as, Netscape, Hitachi, Mosel Vitelic, and Auravision.

In 2003, Erik joined Ennova Direct. His creative direction led to the several successful brand identity developments, like the EluminX® illuminated computer keyboard brand, Auravision®, the computer brand, and ION Technologies®, the consumer electronics brand. Erik's design expertise and product branding strategies have helped Ennova Direct’s brands to gain acceptance in the global marketplace.

Erik graduated from the University of Colorado, at Boulder, in 1999. He earned a B.A. in Graphic Design & Photography



VP Operations
Trent Tarris


Trent is a highly experienced business analyst, with graphic design, web development, and information technology experience. From 1997 to 2002, Trent worked as a Project Team Leader for International Business Machines Corporation (IBM), where he developed extensive experience in project management, managing full project lifecycles. While at IBM, Trent trained teams at regional IBM offices throughout the United States, Germany, Japan, China, Singapore, and Mexico.

From 2003-2004 Trent worked with Ennova, as Lead Project Manager for Ennova’s online presence, managing the company’s website build outs , which included websites for Ennova’s Affiliate company, Auravision, Inc.

In 2004 Trent took on a more demanding position with Hong Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC), serving as a Business Project Manager for the company’s Credit Card Services department. While with HSBC his duties included writing business requirements and managing maintenance projects for the company’s banking/credit card websites.

In 2008 Trent returned to Ennova as the company’s new VP of Operations, bringing with him, new business management skills essential to the management of the company’s growing operations. Trent is a dedicated business professional that will continue to increase the company’s productivity.

Trent graduated in 1997, with a B.F.A. in Computer Graphics from Syracuse University.



VP Business Development
Tim Clayman


Tim began his professional career 1998 with a Sales Rep position at ColoradoSkiing.com, where he ranked No.1 in sales and account retention.

In 2001, Tim returned to his hometown of Santa Cruz, California, and took an outside Account Executive position with PSS World Medical. He quickly became PSS Northern California’s leading rookie rep, eventually landing him rookie of the year.

Tim Joined Ennova Direct in August 2006. As the Director of Business Development, Tim is responsible for developing and managing new B to B relationships, managing outside Retail sales reps, and developing relationships with leading Mass Merchant Retailers. After joining Ennova, Tim immediately helped establish the company’s first retail sales account with Target.com

Tim graduated from the University of Colorado, at Boulder, in 1998, earning a B.S. in Environmental Science.



DRTV Project Manager
Ryan Lawliss


Ryan is a Project Manager with more than 7 years experience managing consumer product market launches through Direct Response Marketing campaigns. Ryan is an Entrepreneur that began his career 1996 when he founded RJL Products, an invention company focused on inventing, patenting and developing products for the home improvement and construction markets. Ryan is an accomplished inventor with several patents to his name.

In 2003 Ryan began working for Ennova, and has since held several key project management positions, including Lead Project Manager for both National Thirty-minute (Long Form) Infomercials and National Two-minute (Short-Form) DRTV Commercials. His, duties have included the purchasing and planning national DRTV media campaigns, DRTV script writing, creative storyboarding, inbound telemarketing training, and more.

Ryan’s years of consumer product development and DRTV marketing management continue to help Ennova grow its brand presence through its DRTV marketing campaigns.
